Dr. Cousin received his medical degree from the University of Miami and completed his residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Medical Center.
In addition, he earned an M.A.Sc. and Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at University of Toronto, and B.S.E.E. with honors in Electrical Engineering at Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts.
Dr. Cousin is a member of the American College of Radiology, Society of Interventional Radiology, Radiological Society of America, Clinical Magnetic Resonance Society, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and the Hillsborough County Medical Society and has authored over 75 academic publications.
Certified by the American Board of Radiology and also by the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons, Dr. Cousin is currently the Clinical Director and radiologist in active clinical practice at Bayview Radiology in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Cousin provides independent reads, written reports, expert testimony, and other consulting services to attorneys and organizations both local and national, and has amassed considerable experience giving expert testimony.
Dr. Cousin received his BA from Harvard University graduating Magna Cum Laude, his MD from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and completed his radiology residency training from Yale – Norwalk Hospitals and University of Florida Shands Hospital – Gainesville programs. In addition, Dr. Cousin completed his postdoctoral fellowship at Columbia University – NY Presbyterian in PET-CT imaging and Nuclear Radiology. Dr. Cousin served as the Program Director for the Radiology Residency at Columbia University’s Harlem Hospital affiliate. Dr. Cousin has given numerous radiology lectures and presentations both locally and at national conferences. Dr. Cousin was the Medical Director at Delray Imaging Associates, and is currently the Clinical Director and lead radiologist in private practice at Bayview Radiology in Tampa, Florida.

Dr. Eric Tirnauer is a fellowship-trained radiologist who is a Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology. Dr. Tirnauer received his BS Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida and his MD from the University of Miami. He completed his medicine internship at the University of Florida – Shands Jacksonville. He finished his Diagnostic Radiology residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA, where he served as Chief Resident, graduated with honors and received the Best Resident Research Award. He received his fellowship training in Neuroradiology at the University of Florida. Dr. Tirnauer is an active member of the American College of Radiology (ACR), Association of University Radiologists (AUR), and the American Society of Head and Neck Radiology (ASHNR). Dr. Tirnauer has contributed featured academic presentations to the American College of Radiology and the American Society of Head and Neck Radiology.
Dr. Sylvia Gyapong is a fellowship-trained radiologist with subspecialty focus on Breast Imaging. After receiving her BS from from Duke University, Dr. Gyapong received her M.D. from Meharry Medical College, making the Dean’s List every year and receiving the Merck Manual Award for outstanding contribution to the college and and for graduating with Highest Honors. Dr. Gyapong completed the remainder of her postgraduate training at prestigious institutions such as Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, Virginia, where she completed her transitional year, University of Florida in Gainesville where she completed her Diagnostic Radiology residency, and Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami where she completed her Breast Imaging Fellowship.
